Kylie Minogue (* 28. Mai 1968 in Melbourne, Victoria) ist eine australische Sängerin und Schauspielerin. Seit dem Beginn ihrer Karriere in den späten 80er Jahren avancierte Kylie Minogue vom singenden Soap-Star zur international gefeierten Pop-Ikone. Mit Hits wie "I Should Be So Lucky" (1987), "The Loco-Motion" (1988) und "Can’t Get You Out Of My Head" (2001) schaffte sie weltweit den Sprung auf die vordersten Plätze der Hitparaden. In Großbritannien ist sie mit (im moment) 31 Top 10-Singles nach Madonna die erfolgreichste Sängerin in der Geschichte der Charts.
